SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
- £5 for shipments up to 1 kg
- £10 for up to 4 kg
- and add £5 for each additional 5 kg thereafter.
The weights shown on the website are when items are packaged for shipping.
RETURNS
Invisible Fence (Wessex) LLP must receive items that you return for refund within 14 days from their original purchase date. They must be in unused condition and with the original packaging and instructions.
We regret that we cannot give refunds for our shipping costs, wire that has been unrolled and rewound, or wire connectors. We strongly recommend that you use a insured delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Receivers are not warranted against dog chew damage.
